In the afternoon of February 25, with the whistles of the lifting command, the upper cylinder of the low pressure cylinder of Unit 2 was successfully put in place. Under the joint witness of the owner, the supervisor and the general contractor, the closure of the steam turbine of Unit 2 of the Fuxian Power Plant Project Department of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum was successfully completed.

In order to ensure the successful completion of this capping, the Project Department has organized several expert joint reviews to discuss the installation details and data before the capping of the steam turbine, and has closely communicated with the equipment manufacturer to formulate a thorough and reasonable plan. At the same time, the Project Department has actively raised the station position and put forward higher quality requirements for the installation of the steam turbine through the inspection activities of the quality supervision station to ensure the high-quality completion of the capping of the steam turbine.

The successful completion of steam turbine capping marks the successful completion of another milestone of the project department, and also lays a solid foundation for the subsequent turbine turning, impulse starting and smooth power generation of the project.
